I love this place. It embodies small town entrepreneur. It’s a pizza place with a bit of a dive atmosphere, it feels like walking into your house for dinner. It’s comfortable. The employees are wonderful, I havent met a bad one yet. The food is good. The wings are my favorite. They know what they are with some wings. Without sounding cliche, if you’ve had a bad day and need a place to pull it back together. Go to chef’s cut, get a beer and an order of wings. I guarantee you feel better by the time you leave. This place feels like home and I’ll be a customer as long as he keeps making pizza and wings.

Take this from a New Yorker, best pizza hands down anywhere. I love this place. I don’t get to go often enough now that I moved further away. But this was my hangout for a long time. If my team orders pizza for work, this is the only place we call. Stop in, chef and his entire crew will make you feel at home. Unless you ask for health food, to which, you went to the wrong place. Chef’s is all about delicious food and a friendly environment.

I’ve never felt so welcomed into an establishment as I did here 🙂 Everyone greeted me and my family as we walked in…I mean, EVERYONE!!! Amazing people and the food was so delicious that we ate it up quick before snapping a pic! My fav was the meatball sandwich! Everything was fresh and tasted home cooked. We are traveling through and got into town a bit later than expected this evening and needed a meal that wasn’t a fast food drive thru and we happily stumbled upon this place. We will make this our stop anytime we go through Louisville!

This place has been open 6 years and we have been missing out on awesome pizza! First time here today and the supreme was perfect-the right amount of toppings, cooked to perfection with a tasty crust. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back and try the Hot Brown pizza next time. Wish they would open a location in JTown 🙂
