Really just not a great place. A friendly lady helped me with the order. The food was pretty bland and nothing special compared to most other regular take out Chinese food places. Charging extra for extra sauce and 2$ extra for fried rice or noodles is unessisary. Inside is a joke and I would certainly not want to stay in there for any longer. Nothing updated. Would like to give a zero. Just horrible food. Perfect example of the fact that just being of Chinese descent does not mean you can cook and absolutely shouldn’t. The fried rice looks like white rice with soy sauce on it and the sweet and sour is almost a fluorescent red.

Spent $65 to have a cockroach crawl out of the bag when we got home. To say creeped out is an understatement. I use to love this place but over the years the quality has gone downhill but prices have gone up. I get prices going up but quality should still be the same. If you decide to eat here I highly recommend checking your food before putting it in your mouth. Who knows what’s there you can’t see. I will never eat at this place again.

I ordered food Feb the 4th th I ask for chicken fried rice an chicken egg fu yan an extra gravy it was watered down soy sauce which was very salty the rice was so hard I could not chew it the food was not enjoyable at all I called them to let them know there food was bad I was told to keep the food they were going to pick it up an get more. Know better . If u want to enjoy good food Don’t go there .

Walked in and stood at the counter as an older gentleman sat and perused his phone completely oblivious to an entire human existing 2ft away at the counter. The girl that ended up helping me was grabbing in lady places that is not appropriate for public. Food was NOT good, was comparable to the service! Definitely do NOT recommend!!

I was to get a free egg roll, it was not delivered. I order shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg fu young and ir was good but it’s was delivered all over the container and the gravy was dry. I’m from Minnesota and if given the chance I would not have ordered from ChenWok again ..

The quality has gone down quite a bit been going here to 2010 the prices are higher quality is lower , , we ordered the chicken lo mein came with a pieces of the chicken and noodles. Nothing else used to have at least some pieces of cabbage the Szechuan beef, big pieces of carrots and bell peppers just to fill the container very . Disappointment will not be going back any more sad to say but hopefully your experience is better.
