This restaurant had great food and good service. After a long day enjoying ourselves outside having dinner here with great! The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking is plentiful. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

I get the low reviews, we got a bit of all the issues others mentioned. Nothing should truly ruin your experience but expect slow/terse service, and relatively overpriced (dinner) food. The breakfast was pricy as well but it was at least tasty!

Great service who moved us through quickly and in time for our reservation at the Ice Museum. However, the quality of the food was truly terrible. The rolls were flavorless and the texture was compact; The Pear and Apple Salad had fruit that was cut way too large and the dressing tasted off; the Fields of Glory Sandwich again had bad bread and was unpalatable; the steak was overdone, and the fish was poorly cooked. To top it all off, all of the drinks tasted of sulfur, including the soda. Would not recommend dining here to pay the same price as one would for good quality food only to receive inedible food.

The food here was delicious and grilled to our liking which was great. Our waitress was very attentive and very welcoming even when she was taking care of other tables. The location was warm and had the wood lodge look and feel to it which was great. Chena was a place that didn’t disappoint.

I loved the salmon and aurora drinks from here. I also had some Pina coladas and they were good but too told and full of ice. But aurora margaritas and martinis were tasty and strong so I enjoyed it and got tipsy later.

After a nice soak, we enjoyed a lovely meal. One of us got the halibut steak and the other got the scallops. Both were excellent. Also the vegetable medley was fantastic, if you like those veggies (I do). It would be nice if there was an alternative, my partner at dinner would have appreciated it greatly.

We ate here 3 times(dinner twice, breakfast once) during our stay and while some meals were better than others we didn’t have a bad meal. Service was excellent, professional and friendly each time. We never had to wait for a table.

The food was fantastic when we were there for a three days stay. Waiting could be a headache. Long waiting lines and since the resort has no signal, phones are not working. You only can put your name on the waiting list and standing nearby for your turn. It could take 30mins to 1.5hours. The waiters are very helpful and friendly. We had Lamb chops twice, I really love it. We also had king crab legs, pear salad, calamari, prawns and Thai curry beef. Cheese cake and chreme brûlée Everything is beyond our expectations. We had a good time there for the food.
