I ordered delivery through a different party and this was my first time ordering from here! This place is amazing and so underrated! Some of the best food I’ve ever had! Thank you to everyone who prepared it! Shrimp with garlic sauce was amazing and I’m a huge sauce person. That being said I couldn’t have a complaint! The chicken chow mein isn’t your typical chow mein but it tastes 100 times better. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!

Favorite Chinese takeout restaurant in Minneapolis! My family’s been coming to this place since I was a kid, and I know for sure my parents have gotten the chicken wings with fried rice here since before I was born. That’s still their favorite dish today. And Cheng’s serving sizes???? PACKED. They do not skimp out on fried rice or white rice for their dishes. Swear one order of chicken wings with fried rice can feed 2-3 people. Came here on Christmas too and the staff were working as fast as they could to get the orders out. Love this place.

Ordered Cheng’s on Friday. Chicken fried rice, wontons, beef and broccoli. Started feeling nauseous after having a small portion. Was up all night with food poisoning which lasted Saturday and Sunday. Now it’s Monday morning and my stomach still feels queasy.

We were excited to try a new place for dinner. We got take out and most of the food was inedible. The chicken was so tough it felt like leather. The noodles were mushy and not very flavorful. The sweet and sour sauce was an alarming shade of red.

Usually everything is great when we order from chengs. A couple times we requested ‘spicy’ but what was delivered was “sweet” chicken. When we called to notify the restaurant, they immediately fixed the issue and sent the correct order immediately which was great. Tonight tho was another story and i have no idea why….we did not recieve our order of cream cheese wantons which was clearly ordered and visible on the receipt.
