Ordered Mongolian Beef. I received a ‘small child portion’ of (I think) beef with an enormous amount of white onion and scallions. This is after asking, “Is there any vegetables or weird things mixed IN with it?” Response: “no”. So I paid for 2 oz of meat, and that’s being generous, a ton of onions, scallions and fried rice. I called and was told that it comes pre-mixed. Now, my intelligence has been insulted.

I always order the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice . It’s a 50% chance you take , most of the time food has been great , but sometimes they rush it and rice is not fully cook , or dry and feels hard . Costumer service really needs improvement. When I called to express the the food looked rush and tasted blend they told me I asked for a little of sauce which is not even in my vocabulary to request. Mybe if that lady didn’t rush you when you’re trying to order she would understand the orders better. We went back and forth about what it was I ordered. I always order the same exact things. finally after going back and forth about what I ordered they hung up very rudely.
