I am here probably once a week! The best hand rolls and miso soup. If you want regular rolls this isn’t your spot! The quality is so great! My favorite is the spicy shrimp hand roll! All bar seating and the owner is super nice! Check it out! Take out is great too!

Went for dinner and had a pretty good experience. Food was good for the price and wasn’t too bad. Got a few rolls and sashimi. Was a bit disappointed with sashimi slices not all being the same thickness and size but otherwise definitely worth a visit if your looking for more affordable sushi. Menu doesn’t have too many options on fish so do keep that in mind.

i stopped by for an authentic sashimi experience on lunch. Niel & Chris were amazing, even while the place was packed! the Tuna Tataki, oh. my. god. i love a good Seaweed Salad too, and the Miso Soup was warming on a slightly chilly day the menu was short & sweet, keeping it yummy and neat. thank you✌️be well brothers. life is an adventure, and a blessing.

I had the good fortune of visiting Cherry Hills Sushi Company a few years ago, when it first opened. It sits within blocks of several medical facilities. For a place with a limited menu and limited seating, this sushi restaurant does not disappoint. What they offer, from chirashi bowls to sushi rolls and hand rolls, is made with fresh seafood and tastes wonderful. When I’ve taken my kiddos, they have been very accommodating and kid-friendly. The staff is friendly and eager to answer questions and serve.

Cherry Hills Sushi has some of the best fish I have had in my life. I love the handroll and sashimi format, and how everything is done to compliment the amazing cuts of fish. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and make us feel like family every time we come in. The sushi is served quickly and efficiently, making the entire dining process pain free. And they carry an amazing selection of Japanese beer and spirits to go along with the meal. Thank you to all of you for making many a special occasion especially wonderful for us! I’m going to be as fair as possible. I have no idea why anyone would eat here. Compared to any Sushi restaurant around, the food is more expensive, the portions are much smaller, the quality is worse, the service is mediocre, and the vibe is super sad.
