Really enjoyed my meal. They have such a wide variety of items that you can choose from. The food was hot and fresh. Love those honey butter biscuits! The ladies working tonight were very helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food that you receive. No complaints!

Staff is never friendly, never seem to be willing to make what you want to order. Not sure if they are just overworked or what but customer service is about none existing. I don’t recommend this place.

We were just at location at 5:30 today. There was no chicken except two wings and a few legs. No corn, no potatoes, nothing. I asked if they were going to have more chicken and they said 10 minutes but they were out of breasts. So we bought two legs and two wings instead of what we really wanted. Then we get home and our box contains ONE leg and two wings. Very young help and not apologetic at all and obviously can’t count.

If you want fresh chicken tenders, go across the street to Dairy Queen. If there are no tenders, you can wait and watch the two kids working the counter talk for a few minutes before addressing you, then after you ask if anymore tenders will be made say “I have to make some.” HORRIBLE service this evening.

First time I tried a Chesters and the chicken tasted fine, but ended up not being able to finish my whole meal since it made my stomach feel so bad. Won’t be going to a Chester’s again

food was decent, prices also not bad, but been there 3 times, they dont drop food until its ordered…which is fine for freshness , but it takes 15 minutes for chicken, and 25 minutes for biscuits…terribly organized and run.
