So I waited 10 mins for the fresh chicken to get done. $8.89 for 3 strips of chicken from Chester’s. Apparently at this location you have to take what they give you not what you want. I asked for the chicken that just came up. “ you have to take the old chicken because our policy is first in first out” $8.89. I said no I’d like the fresh chicken. He says he can’t do that I tell him fine I’m okay. I’d like your manager please. He then tells me she’s in the bathroom. He goes to find her to tell her I have to take the old chicken. I told her in all my years Iv never heard that. She proceed to tell him to do his job and give me what I want. I’m not saying I’m the president or even the owner. But I give you money. That I work hard for. To spend it at suck locations. If I have to now spend it the way you want I’d rather keep my money. His attitude seemed kinda unkind to me. Idk why. But hey. The chicken was worth $8.89 because it was hot and fresh. Sir would you pay $8.89 for some old discolored chicken ?

Normally I like to give a place the benefit of the doubt. Seen a lot of other low reviews but was willing to give it a try. The low ratings for the food is valid. Chicken was overly breaded and dry.

I usually get Chester’s from Loves. The tenders are too dry here. And even though the were reportedly made within the past 30 minutes the texture feels more like 4 hours old. They charged me for a 3 Piece Tender Snack, but, the potato wedges are extra? This is my first visit since the remodel and possibly the last. Thanks.

Ordered what we thought was a 3 piece snack. Ended up with a 3 piece combo. It was easier than trying to correct the clerk. All the sides were crusted over and old. Only had brown gravy. Everything was old and leathery. Chicken had more spice on it than any other location in the US. Travelling is my occupation and this was a first. The only edible item was the code red mountain dew. #NationalChickenTenderDay #rockinmyroadtrip #givingup Two out of two locations today was two too many.

When we got there 330ish pm we were told they only had tenders. As we stood there trying to figure out if we wanted tenders (we went because we wanted fried chicken) a basket came up out of the fryer. We asked what was in the basket, “oh, its fried chicken but only white meat.”

I’ve been 2x and got the chicken tenders – they’re big and when we bought them they were fresh and very good!!! There is a cajun seasoning you can add to give them a little spice – pretty tasty! We also tried their chicken sandwich and their pies – both were good. Service has been friendly also. Not a bad place to stop!

Did not enjoy it, over cooked chicken, to much pepper in the gravy, potatoes were like the gravy did not taste good at all. The honey for the biscuts was bitter, there was no corn even though the menu said there was. The ice machine for the drinks was broken so I had to walk my kids to the liquor store to get ice. To top it all off it was over priced for food I had to throw half of it away. I will never buy food or refer this place to anyone. 2 thumbs down, big disappointment.
