This is one of our favorite restaurants. We go here all the time. The food is always delicious. This place has the best Dosa and chutneys combination. I have tried Dosa in so many places around the locality and this is the best so far. I definitely recommend this restaurant as mostly all the dishes are good.

The kothamalli chicken curry is way too spicy . Hopefully there will be mild options. There is one waitress, so expect the service to be slow. Also, we had ordered the goat curry but got the chicken curry and the kitchen forgot to make the biriyani we ordered, so the service has room to improve. The onion pakoda is good

I liked chicken 555 and kadai chicken briyani which i have ordered today. Order arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. I also had their thirunelveli halwa for dessert. It had very authentic taste. I was very happy to eat orignial south indian chettinadu food after so many years.

This is a hidden gem. The chettinad food is very authentic and tasty. Very friendly owner and staff. Fish thali and goat Biriyani are my favorite. I am very happy with other items on the menu as well. The prices are reasonable as well.

Visited Chettinadu after a long time for lunch and was regretting for not coming here often. The spices and flavor that you find in the dishes here are rare to find. Started our lunch with the amazing kozhi mulagu soup. Winter is the best time to enjoy this spicy, peppery and flavorful soup. We also tried muringa soup which was equally good. We had nattu kozhi varuval as appetizer and we loved the masala. We ordered egg Thali, chicken Thali and dum biryani as our main course. Thalis were good, was not a big for of rasam and chickpea curries in the Thali but the chicken curry and side dish were good. Biryani was flavorful. Even loved the mango lassi which helped wash down all the spice. Definitely recommend if you like spicy food. I am definitely going to frequent specially during winter for the awesome soups
