Loved, loved, loved! Great to have Daniel Pont back in the restaurant biz. I had the Tenderloin. Not only super tender (the server brought me a steak knife which I did not need), but the classic french flavors, and reasonable portions made the 4 course dinner perfect. A warning, you don’t have a lot of choice with your courses (you chose the main course and Daniel decides the rest), the chef likes to present your meal in his style, which I think makes him a bit of an artist. Also, this is classic French, so don’t expect bubbly friendly service. This guy knows what he’s doing. He won’t be chatting with you, just doing his job as perfectly as he can!

Finally, a restaurant with class! By far the best restaurant in Folsom in years. Instead of feeling like cattle being pushed through the restaurant so more tables can be filled, one can sit and enjoy an experience of food! Which is a delicious experience! I ate the rack of lamb and enjoy every tender bite! Can’t wait to go again!

We are so fortunate to have this fine dining establishment tucked away for our enjoyment. The food is always phenomenal as he only prepares items in which he gets fresh and seasonal supplied. This is a definite hit for a date night or special occasion. $25 per plate so very affordable for a white cloth restaurant. Reservations only and put those jeans back in your closet…dress clothes only!
