Savanna was an amazing waitress and made sure that I had the best vegan meal. I got the pasta primavera without the chicken, vegetable stock instead of chicken stock, and a side of tomato sauce. The head chef even came out and told me he had been vegan for 7 years and knew exactly what to make me! For dessert they don’t have any vegan options but the chef came out again to give me some special vegan chocolate! Absolutely felt like a princess here! 11/10 recommend this place for vegans and non vegans!

We came here for dinner on a Monday evening shortly after opening. Personnel and service was friendly. The food 3 out of 5 stars. The soups we had were good but al of our main dishes were a bit ‘off’. I can’t really put my finger on it but no one of finished our dishes. The desserts the chocolate mousse cake and the Tiramisu we couldn’t eat and left it on the table after a couple of bites of each dessert.

Ate here a few weeks ago, and it was so good we are still talking about it! This has to be my favorite Italian food ive had, and I had my fair share of Italian food while in NYC recently. This was much better. All of our dishes were spectacular. The atmosphere was so lovely. I was genuinely blown away by how absolutely great the quality of everything was. I was not a fan of the tiramisu or spumoni, but all of our dinners were so outstanding that it did not matter. Highly recommend.

Good place for a date night. A little more upscale with a nice & quiet ambience and service was reasonable. They also do live music on certain days. We appreciated that the music was not extremely loud and you could still have a conversation. Also, we really enjoyed the creme brulee.

Walking into establishment already sets the mood for a relaxing atmosphere. The mood lighting as I called it set the pace for a romantic evening. Our server Sergio was very welcoming. Very attentive. Service was fast and the food was good. Portion size was enough for 2 people. Bread was brought to the table that was fresh and warm. Loved the decor. Friday & Saturday evening they have a pianist who performs. We will go back on a weekend. All around, I enjoyed Chianti’s

So I debated between a 2 or 3 star but opted on 2 because I’m disappointed. Usually Chianti is amazing. The chicken Milanese is one of the best dishes anywhere and they do it great. Usually. Today both the filet and chicken and everything else had no seasoning. Like zero salt. On anything. The filet was kind of chewy, not really tough but was just off. Like it was frozen right before it was cooked. Had the chef used salt we would have had a good dinner. Nothing was cooked bad (except green beans were kind of mushy) but it was just all flavorless. We had to use table salt on every thing. I hope this isn’t the beginning of the end here. A lot of restaurants have gone downhill since COVID hit…. I know it’s tough to find employees and maybe that’s the case here. Just trying to give an honest review. Service was good. We will give it another try down the road since it has been so good in the past. But if next visit is like this it’s going to be a sad day and no more Chianti for us.
