I’ve grown up eating their pizza since like 1989! I’ve traveled to many different states and countries over the years eating different pizzas but I still think Chicago Connection pizza is the very best! In the event something goes wrong which is rare, they always go above and beyond in making it up to the customer! The Assistant Manager (I believe it’s Tyson) and the entire management team at the Fairview location are very courteous and professional! Keep up the great work guys!

The prices are insane. The crust on the pizza is gross. Not enough sauce. But the good thing is their customer service was amazing. Sadly I won’t be able to order from them again because it’s just not worth the money. The $5 side salad is very very small compared to Idaho pizzas which is about four times five times bigger with more veggies.

I love this pizza! It’s a little pricey compared to chain alternatives like Pizza Hut or Dominos but the quality is far superior! Chicago Connection is one of my all time favorite pizzerias.

Our server, John, waited on our party of eight tonight and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and very attentive to our needs, despite the restaurant being short -staffed. What a great way to celebrate a birthday – with delicious pizza and fantastic service.

The lady that helped us was SUPER nice! We told her kinda what we were wanting, and she found a special for us. The food was quick and piping hot and DELICIOUS!!!! The dining area was clean and cool. I think I found a new Chicago Connection to go to!

Last week I posted about my bad experience and not only haven’t heard back from anyone, but my review has been deleted. I ordered last week on 10-28-19 at the Fairview location. They are the store that has been delivering to me for years. We ordered pretty late at 8:30 pm and ordered 1 large pizza. We received our pizza at 9:10 pm and it was not even cooked fully. Inside was still doughy and the top cheese was only half melted… it was not only a bad experience to have a non-edible pizza, and waste my money, but to also not have my concerns addressed is a little disappointing.

I Love Chicago Connection. I grew up in Boise and it was a regular in my life. My parents are still regular customers. I was in town for a day and ordered two large pizzas. Delivery was standard and the pizzas arrived hot as normal. However, while one of the pizzas was perfect, the other one was significantly overcooked. I tried one piece and it was a real disappointment. I am confident the employees must have known it was substandard, but sent it anyway for whatever reason. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. If this was my first experience with Chicago Connection, I would have left a 1 star review. Very disappointing.

I went here with my husband, we decided to get a salad, a piece and then split a mini pizza . We haven’t eaten there in along time, It was super delicious it seems like sometimes it’s really good , and then the next time it’s not as good But we always seem to give them another chance!!

Corporate office called and apologized for the inconvenience, and made it right. They gave us a credit for the amount we had spent and we used it again at a different location. We usually go to the Eagle location now as I have never had a bad experience here or any others. It was just this one experience we had at the Fairview location and they fixed the problem as soon as they knew there was one. I changed the review stars from 2 stars to a 4 star because they addressed the issue and we have not had any problems since. Thank you Chicago Connection, from your loyal customer of 30+ years!! I have always loved your pizza and suggest it to everyone that comes into town.
