Came here desperately trying to find an Italian Beef sandwich! Made the 40 minute drive and oh my gosh right when you walk it IT SMELLS JUST LIKE A CHICAGO HOTDOG AND ITALIAN BEEF STAND! Ugh I was immediately excited! I came from Chicago and have been trying to cure my craving for Italian Beef! We ordered the American Breakfast Burger even though it was in the afternoon because I wanted the fried egg on it. And we also ordered “Da Beef” or their Italian beef and they were out of the Gonnella Rolls (the bread they make it with) so she said they didn’t have it and I said “No way! We came all this way just to try it” and she said “oh really.. I can give it to you on a brioche bun” and we said absolutely! We came all this way so let’s at least try what we can.

I took my homesick friend from Chicago to this place and he loved it. It was like “being home” for him especially because of the sports banners and general decor. Chicago Fire has a casual “local pub” feel to it with outdoor seating. They close the kitchen at 8pm and we arrived at the last minute, but they worked with us on making sure we got good dinners. We had the Chicago polish dog and the lamb burger and a draft beer. Our favorite part was the classic shoe string fries. We plan to go back and try other dishes soon.

The reviews are right, this place has great food & great service! It was early and the place was empty. We were greeted by two young ladies. One providing a menu as my poor eyesight was squinting at the large posted menu. They answered questions about the menu and soon we were ready to order.

We were referred to this place by my cousin who lives in the UTC area. We have now been here at least 5 times and have ALWAYS been happy with the hamburger and beer special. They offer complimentary bottled water and they have amazing service! Their hamburger and fries are better than any other place! We drive 15 minutes to get there.

This was my family’s first time and we were more than satisfied. This is place is not a regular burger / hot dog joint. Don’t compare to a McDonald’s or hot dog on a stick , it would be insulting to Chicago Fire Grill. From the gentleman taking our order, who I think was the owner and was the nicest and welcoming. My salad was amazing. Not an ordinary salad, I swear I think my salad had 1lb of chicken in it. The burgers were will definitely go back worth the price
