The place was crowded and the kitchen crashed. The manager was clearly in panic mode but still quoting 15 minute ticket times. I suggested to him to stop taking orders for like half an hour so his kitchen can catch up and that would make things go smoother. He didn’t. So many people kept returning after leaving with their orders because they were given the wrong food or it was over or undercooked. After I finally got my food after waiting over an hour it was prepared wrong but was the right items. This place does have good food and a friendly staff but it’s not a great experience if you go at peak dining hours

It’s new and still finding it’s way but my experiences have been well. The food was accurate, the employees all aim to please, the prices are reasonable. Prepare to wait 20 minutes on all orders. Call ahead or place your order and check out the smoke shop next door. They are also open late.

I did not pick up my order so I can’t speak on the service but as for the food we had wing’s burgers and fries which my family said was really good however I personally ordered tripe after just tasting some really good tripe from Illinois I decided I wanted my own and ordered from this place because it was close to home ohhh the disappointment…not only was the sandwich small but the bread was soggy the tripe itself was not crispy and the worse part of all was it was extremely chewy yuck…I will stick to fries and wings from this spot
