Got the Whiting Sandwich $6.99 comes with fries!!! Huge sandwich. Tartar sauce they put on was excellent as was the fish and lettuce and tomato which I asked for. Fries (plenty) were perfect. Even the bun was unique and fresh. Give this place a try! Great hidden gem..Staff was very friendly, awesome cook!

We ordered whole chicken wings, fried okra & coleslaw. The chicken was NOT SEASONED at all. We could barely get the meat off the bones because it was UNDERCOOKED! The fried Okra wasn’t seasoned either, and it had a freezer taste. The coleslaw came in a CONDIMENT sized container for $2.99!!!, when my husband complained they gave him an extra one, which didn’t help because the coleslaw was a little dry, with two specks of carrots in it. We tried to try something new, HUGE mistake, never again!!!

Fish was under seasoned and not cooked enough and you can tell they’re taking a full filet and cutting it in half the fries were undercooked as well. The Cole slaw was not seasoned either and I a super small container the size of a condiment cup. I had to bring my food home and season it and cook it long before I could eat it. The price I paid the food was NOT worth it at all!! A big disappointment and certainly not Chicago style!!
