Normally I try to include photos of my food to give people a frame of reference but the food was so good I practically inhaled it before I could take a pic! My husband and I came in for lunch and I got the Chicago gyro, a Greek salad, and a piece of their new baklava cheesecake and my husband got the Philly cheese steak, fries, and a slice of the cheesecake as well and lord are we stuffed beyond belief! Everything was so full of flavor that it melted in your mouth as you ate it! The cheesecake is apparently brand new on their menu and it was absolutely incredible! Light and airy with supreme flavor to compliment the complex flavors that the entrees brought! So excited that this place is right down the road from our house! They truly have outdone themselves here and deserve all the praise!

Let me start by saying I just walked out of the place so blown away I had to give a review. I have had delicious, authentic Mediterranean food before and this hit every one of my expectations. The gyro was delectable, the hummus just right, and baklava was just as I remembered it. The employees were ready to go, never stopped for a moment, and interactive with customers. If you like Mediterranean this is the place to go!

My husband and I are new we to the area and recently tried Chicago Gyro. The food was delicious. The service was great. I’m sure we will be back. However, I really recommend a deep cleaning. It looked the kitchen area was clean and I wasn’t concerned about our food being bad or anything. But the building needs cleaned, especially the bathroom.

Far and away the best grub spot in Clarksville—the only restaurant I miss when out of town. Staff is friendly, efficient, and funny to boot. Some of the staff even know my order by heart and I always have a great time laugh when I go in. They take pride in their product, are generous with portions, have the freshest and best variety of toppings of anywhere I’ve been, food is always hot, fries are excellent and the sauce is downright narcotic. I know the temptation to order online is big and I succumb to it from time to time, but my understanding of delivery apps is that restaurants make a better profit if you go in and imo these folks deserve a tip which you can’t give through delivery apps. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. This is the kind of food that can turn a bad day into a good one. Never change!

I love this place! My go-to is the Vienna Chicago Dog. Quality meat topped with mustard, onion, neon relish, sports peppers, kosher dill pickle spear, tomatoes and a dash of celery salt. Delicious! Comes with fries and a drink. Their fries sauce is addictively tasty.

I was super duper excited to try this restaurant based on the reviews. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my gyro plate and sandwich. The rice tasted like Rice-a-Roni, the chicken was overcooked as well as dry and the lamb tasted spoiled. Needless to say, it was a waste of money. The only edible food item was the pita bread. For the price, quantity and quality, I would suggest you go to the “REAL” Chicago Gyro located in Nashville at 123 Ewing Dr. 37207

One of our favorite spots to grab a bite! The staff is super friendly and the food is always good. I love that I can have the traditional gyro, or get it over rice or fries. Speaking of fries – the fry sauce is amazing! My daughter says their hotdog and fries are the best in town .

We were trying to find a local business to support while visiting Clarksville and we found Chicago Gyro and more. We had a chicken gyro, regular gyro, nachos, and a Chicago dog and they were ALL outstanding! When we come back we will definitely come back and eat here.

If you enjoy great food, generous portions and having peace of mind knowing that it was prepared in a clean restaurant, then this is where you want to eat. The owners and staff are sincerely kind and courteous always making certain that their customers are completely satisfied with what they have ordered. I have also observed that their health department inspection score each time I have been in there has been 100%. My wife and I really enjoy the Gyro Burger… It is AMAZING! The Gyro Burger pictured with this review is not a menu item but the Clarksville, TN Madison St. store will be more than happy to prepare it for you. I would recommend that you order your gyro burger with Tzatziki sauce, red onion, tomatoes, lettuce and feta cheese. If you order french fries don’t forget the fry sauce.
