Service is as phenomenal and authentic as the food! The owner is super polite and the staff works efficiently. A couple of years back when Chicago Mike’s was a newer business in town my nephew had a birthday party. To put a long story short a birthday cake was late on arrival and they bought an icecream cake for him to help him have a good birthday. I recommend them to anybody

Unfriendly service on this visit. We ordered 2 very large pizzas to go and a pitcher of beer while we waited. The total bill was $100 which is completely ridiculous. The thin crust pizzas were burnt and the toppings were of low quality and very minimal. Go to Costco and pay $10 for a pizza of way better quality.

I got pizza last second.(720pm) still took my order. pizza taste really good. just hard to do it again for $40 Pizza. Clean and still friendly even tho I ordered a pizza at 720pm. They had sports on TV. U can dine in unlike most pizza places witch is nice

Sorry, I wish I could recommend this place but very unprofessional service. My husband placed an order for a pizza but when we got it home it was a thin crust which we never order because they are gross. When I called to tell them the wrong pizza was made, the woman on the phone was polite and at least trying to help. Some man in the background took over the phone conversation which then turned into the two arguing about our pizza in the background. They where full on arguing about it! The guy was screaming “that’s what they ordered!” Instead of just simply apologizing for the mistake and making it right. When they got back on the phone I just said “never mind, I just won’t be eating here again.” Pretty sad that they don’t have a basic understanding of customer service.

I don’t know how this amazing restaurant has anything shy of 5 stars!! The staff are friendly, the food is amazing, the vibe is great!! I live in Salem, Oregon and come garnerville two maybe three times a year. EVERY TIME I go there, I HAVE to go there! The pizza is SO DAME GOOD!!!

Im not really someone who would pick a deep dish pizza if i had the choice. Usually there’s to much dough and not enough flavor or toppings. However they use fresh ingredients and its bursting with flavor. Not to mention its got a nice airy lightweight crust and it just look like it’d be delicious. All around good choice if you wanting a good pizza.
