I tried Chicago Pizza with a Twist. Just like most pizza places, it gets expensive compared to fast food establishments. Although similarly, the price of good food sometimes is worth it. The twist comes in with Indian foods like Tandoori, Butter and other types of chicken on pizza in both Thin Crust and Deep Dish.

On feb8 2023 , 19:40 i visited Chicago’s Pizza With A Twist – West Shaw, Fresno, CA . My cousins came from canada so we decided ordered family size veggie pizza and found clumps of hair in my pizza slice when i told to the attendant he said its from ginger although later on he admitted it was hair but he didn’t took any action and ignored us not even apologize. I am not recommending this place to anyone. Long time ago i also placed review about bad hospitality but I deleted later on.

First time trying Chicago’s Pizza with a Twist and was excited to see plant-based options. Not sure why there are vegan options on the website for this location bc they don’t have them or the employees don’t know they do. The first pizza we received had meat and dairy cheese on it and the lady behind the counter said it was vegan, which we already knew it wasn’t. She brought it to the back and they said no it was not vegan. So they remade it and the second pizza still had meat on it and wasn’t even the pizza we ordered. Took over an hour to receive 1 pizza. Was not worth the time or money spent.

1 star for services and cleanliness. On the other hand, the food was Gordon Ramsay worst nightmare. The wings were microwaved and toss in some sauce that tasted expired. The garlic parmesan sauce tasted very sweet. And buffalo wing were also microwaved and the sauce was from a bottle. The wings texture was very soggy. It felt like I was eating slime. The Alfredo sauce the part that make in my opinion Italian food. The Alfredo just had ranch sauce on it. I was daring myself to eat the Alfredo after I took a whiff of it. I did and spat it out. Now the fun how do you mess up pizza. Who in their right mind thought it was a good idea to substitute the sauce for ranch dressing. Over all I only ate 2 slice because, I was hungry and then lost my appetite. So overall this place is money waster for me and my family. Do not recommend.
