I had always eaten here till 2 years ago razor sharp blades show up in my food. I called the manager or the owner about it and all they could say is sorry, it’s not the first time this had happened it’s what we use to clean our pans that’s they said. I could of swallow or bitten into the blades but they didn’t care. So if you wanna eat here EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! 07.05.23 This is a reply for the owner response – Por favor now you are lying and deceiving the public when I called that day your manager said that they use blades to clean your crusty oily pans and that blade must of broken off a piece. I said I could of swallow it or bitten into it manager said this wasn’t the first time it happened and laughed it off. This happened to me 2 years ago so if you wanna eat there EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! AND FYI YOUR CARNITAS GAVE MY SON FOOD POISONING!!!! Second reply I’m not gonna be going back n forth just as long the public know the truth does it matter it happened 10 years or year ago not at ALL, & FYI THIS WILL BE REPORTED TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION

Hands down the best spot for chicharrones prensados and carnitas! No one else is close to quality and authenticity. I also recommended the ribs and tripas. Reminds me of the ones I had when I was a kid in my grandfathers home town in Linares, N.L.

Best place in the valley for chicharrones prensados, cuerito, pork carnitas, and other various pork dishes. These guys do things right and have some good salsas to accompany their by the pound products. They have a convenient drive thru, take contactless payment, and a very helpful staff if you have any questions. The dine-in area is rather small so if you’re there for breakfast it’s best to have 4 or less in your group. If you’re into spicy stuff try the cheese filled fried jalapeno taco, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was great and delicious . I highly recommend the chicharrones and Barbacoa. The service was excellent at the drive thru and fast even though it was busy. I didn’t eat inside , but hopefully, when I do, it is a vibe.

Waitress not with the program. Flour tortillas are too hard .salsa was not tasty and Totopos were ridiculously hard and old!! They were not on the house!! They charge for that!! Over all I expected that.. not going there again
