Staff is nice. While we were standing next to the line in order to get a closer look at the menu board, he offered us to order through his mobile device. Got a set of classic chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and another set of grill chicken sandwich. Grill one taste less guilty yet remain delicious! Nuggets are hot and crispy. A quick and easy meal if you want to have some comfort food.

I’ve only done curbside pickup from this location. It’s located in a mall. The issue this specific chick-fil-a has is their service for curbside pickup orders. It is ALWAYS a 15-20 minute wait when waiting for curbside pickup. The app says “4-8 minute wait upon arriving.” I’ve never received my food that quickly when ordering from here, always waiting 15-30 minutes, and the folks bringing the food out know this as they say “sorry for the wait” when dropping off your food. It’s incredibly annoying and frustrating, especially when picking up at non-rush hours. There’s really no excuse.

this service was so disgusting and disgraceful i was appalled. the way that these people stood there and just started at me without asking for my order or anything was so un usual. i was waiting curbside for over an hour and when i went upstairs to reluctantly pick up my order, there was atleast 15 employees standing there doing absolutely nothing. these people did not know anything about customer service or respect at all. they proceeded to curse and shout as if this was not a place of business, these people have no clue what they are doing and it’s so funny. it’s like they were trained at a zoo, they don’t know how to deal or interact with humans. the employee named george was the only person that respected me as a customer and tried to help me. other than that this place is disgusting and they have no manners. the manager here has no control over this store and it is such a disgusting establishment, truly a disgrace to Chick-fil-A and i will definitely not be returning. this place is truly disgusting. i hope these people know that they will never make it out of the jersey city food court, imagine that

Edit: 8/1/2023 : updating my rating from 5 star to 1 star. In last few years I have ordered from this restaurant many times, but I don’t remember the last time they got my order right. Usually, they forget sauces, missing items or even missing bun with the sandwich. They have been consistent in this, and this gives very bad customer experience. I see many more reviews state the same. I hope management notices as years of consistent issues is unacceptable.
