It is just poorly run. Not clean and honestly the staff seems dazed and confused. I cater from here for parties for the kids and everytime i come to pick it up i have to wait 15-20 mins. I ordered it yesterday and come after my pick up time. I almost dread pick up.

I love this Chik-Fil-A, but this one is poorly managed. The dining room and bathrooms were dirty, garbage overflowing. After seeing the mess inside I decided to go through the driveway as there was no line. I waited 20 mins and there were only two cars in front of me. My fries were cold by the time I got them. The staff almost seemed confused. I know a few others people that went here and they were also very disappointed. Management needs to be here day and night to get this store running smoothly.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Typical wait times for this chain. Inside the restaurant is rarely clean and I’ve never seen the staff try to clean a table, I would guess the tables might be cleaned about twice a day. I would not recommend sitting down here, and it is fantastic for to-go and drive thru orders.

Im from Atlanta and when I go to any Chick-fil-A, I expect a certain kind of service… THIS WAS NOT IT!! The girl who took my order… bless her heart could barely take my order using that pad. When she repeated the order, I asked her to remove an item… and she didn’t know how. I just kept it because it would have created a back up in the drive through. Ive been in line for over 30 minutes. When I say this would never happen in an Atlanta Chick-fil-A….I mean never. Even when a new Chick-fil-A opens…its never this unorganized. DO BETTER!! Teach your staff how to use the pad. I get up to the window… and they said no orders are up….I need to pull over..smdh!
