Came 20 minutes prior to closing to get the seasonal peach lemonade, and they were out of that, out of the milkshakes, the nuggets were going to take “a while”, left with just the chicken sandwiches, which took surprisingly long. First and only bad Chick-fil-A experience.

Not like a normal Chick-fil-A. First, it says they open at 6:30 am online, but they don’t open until 8, even though the travel plaza was already busy with people. They already had like 6 employees there at 7, but said they didn’t open until 8. Ok. Fine. Then, they were out of several items. Ok. Fine. They were not friendly like a normal Chick-fil-A is. And then when my hubby went up to get a refill, he stood there to the side while 2 workers looked right at him and did nothing! He finally got in line, just to get a refill. Ridiculous customer service. Food was fine. Just don’t expect the same level as a regular Chick-fil-A.

Worst Chick fil A I’ve ever been to. Very shocked by the poor customer service. Employees just stood around and only one person bothered to look over to help. We waited so long we decided just to eat at Shake Shack next door. Highly recommend Shake Shack!

The only bad Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Ate there at 5pm and the chicken sandwich was soggy from the pickles sitting on the bun so long, much have been leftover from lunch and it had been sitting under the heat lamp so long the non-soggy bun was toasted dry. The countertop was dirty and they don’t accept payment with the Chick-fil-A app. Would give a zero star review if I could.

Lack of vision , stupid management . 100 customers lost every day because they open at 8am. You could see at least 50 people turned away because its highnesses dont open until 8am . Then at 0805 theysay the kitchen is not ready yet.

Went in 10:30 p.m. group of employees in the back taking photos and having a party they look at me and then turn around and ignore me nobody came to tell me that they were closed so I stood there for 5 minutes and they continue to play in the back stupid management
