I’ve worked next to Chick-fil-A for 8 years and honestly don’t love the food but it’s convenient sometimes. The chicken sandwiches are not crispy chicken, overrated. However I do love their mac and cheese & Cobb salad. I wish they offered a Caesar salad on the menu. I find it weird they don’t have that when it’s the most common salad next to a garden salad. The service is always wonderful though. Very friendly staff, hard working and work fast to get you your food.

The price of one chicken sandwich was a over $1.25 more than Wendy’s 4 for $4.00 meal which has a cheeseburger, fries, 4 nuggets and soda or coffee. The chicken sandwich was cooked fresh to order (cashier asked if I wanted sauce and/or pickles on my sandwich). She asked for my name and gave me a receipt. A different employee came out with my bagged sandwich with napkins in the bag in about 5 minutes. It is a whole chicken breast on a delicious soft roll, so I enjoyed it very much.

The chicken meat in the sandwich is very soft (not dry). Waffle fries is not crispy this time. Tried the grill chicken nuggets for the first time. It is only good when it is hot. The taste degrades fast after it gets cold.

Kind staff. Confusing upon walking in, weird plastic foldable walls that open right to the kitchen near one of the doors. Guess it is for orders ti drive through line but no sign telling me to not go there, looks like it leads to register. Otherwise everyone was kind. Food took a little longer than I would expect at a Chick Fil A considering it wasn’t that busy, but not slow by any means. They put your drinks in a cardboard container which is very helpful.

I wouldn’t eat here. I’m a former worker and I only lasted about 2 weeks. They let their breakfast food go 20 minutes expired and still serve it to the customers. I also witnessed a lot of cross contamination of food. After I expressed my concerns they didn’t like it very well and made me out to be the problem. I could not stay after seeing them ignore safe food practices after coming from a store in Charleston which I managed. I even reached out to the owner after I quit and he just thanked me for my feedback.
