After all the initial uproar with people complaining about the traffic the location would cause, it’s been pretty mild even at night, and we’re two weeks from Christmas, so that’s saying a lot. The staff is kind, pleasant, and helpful, the drive-through is easier to navigate than some other locations, and the inside was also well laid out.

I ordered the peach shake which was delicious but also a chicken nugget kids meal. The waffle fries just didn’t seem right, they were tasteless. Also the server forgot to put the chocolate milk with the order, so I went back and was given the drink.

It was a little slow when we ordered our food to stay. It seemed like the drive through was prioritized, but they may have just been short-staffed that day. Food was delicious. Fries weren’t a bit greasy, sandwiches were assembled perfectly, tables were clean, employees were friendly, and I’d definitely go there again.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and other times it’s cold and stale. Sometimes all the items ordered don’t make it in the bag which is frustrating when you get home. In general the staff is nice but they are mostly young kids that lack professionalism. The inside is usually clean although the tables are not frequently cleaned or even wiped off. Did not eat food waited on line for 10 minutes was about 5 people ahead of me. And still 5 people ahead of me. One person at register. Left when I saw that person walking around with food looking for someone to serve it to. Can’t wait 30 minutes to get served for lunch break. Manager literally wiped her forehead then served food. Not good. Never come here.

I love Chic-Fil-A and have eaten at this chain probably over 100 times however this is the worst/SLOWEST one I have ever been to. It was not even that busy and I placed my order well in advance and it took so long for them to get me my 1 singular sandwich I pre-ordered on the app. When I finally got my food the sauces were wrong and I had to again stand at the pick up area which the workers walked past you me ignored me. This blew my mind because if you go to Chic-Fil-A, especially in the south, their service is superb and they are known for that. As I sat down to finally eat my sandwich all I could hear was this one employee screaming and gossiping for 15 mins straight. Short black girl with long braids just keep talking and talking and distracting the other employees! She did not even touch a food item or drink. No wonder this place moves so slow. Higher ups in the company seriously need to check out this store and do something about the service here.

The food and the service is great. When I went for pickup at drive through it took forever. Then I tried carry out and when i went inside the atmosphere seemed good. My only complaint is the amount of time it took for me to pick up my pre ordered food. Last time they had trouble finding my order, so I had to wait for it to be re-done. It’s always busy and packed with people, so I’m guessing that does it.
