As expected this new location has the high level of service and food family with Chick-fil-A. Food was very fresh and hot. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. They do an amazing job managing crowds and drive through backups.

I am dejected by Chick-fil-A as a corporation, all higher-ups are abysmal and grotesque. However their employees are 100/10 chick-fil-A owners and corporation do not deserve the employees that they have. I’m only giving 5 starts because the young man standing out in the heat taking my order; whom I was picking up for my boyfriend, was so wonderful with his joy filled smile and polite mannerisms touched my heart deeply. I offered to pay for his lunch but he’s actually a manager so that was not needed which makes me want to praise the young man more for taking responsibility and not having one of the other staff stand outside. He deserves a substantial raise!!

I’m definitely impressed with how smooth everything went for their very first day!! I honestly was expecting a hiccup along the way as this is a brand new location to the area. I was however pleasantly surprised. From drive thru line, ordering, pick up, accuracy, taste & temperature of the food everything was spot on! I had to let the staff working in the window know what a great job they were doing. I also called the store manager because working customer service especially fast food is stressful and it’s also their very first day of being open. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu as well. Great job to everyone and keep up the great work!! 🙂

I’m a chick fil a enthusiast so I know what’s good. I understand this place is fairly new but the service is a little clunky. My friend wanted chick fil a sauce and somehow managed to get a bowl of melted cheese. I ordered a large meal and got a medium drink. I’ve come here several times and the service is either slow or fast. Hit or miss IMO. Overall not bad but hopefully the place picks up in the coming months. Written in may 2023.
