Literally amazing service. Wow. Very efficient and friendly staff. With a packed inside dining room and many cars in the drive through, I ordered at the desk and had my food within about 10 minutes. Everything about my order was correct and they were so quick I was surprised. Great service and nice staff. Definitely recommend coming here if you like Chick Fil A !

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. My biscuit was smaller than normal. But my fruit cup was not as fresh as it should have been. The strawberries were mushy and the apples were like they were cut a couple of days ago. The Sausage bowl was just thrown together. I have had better at other locations. Maybe they were short staffed? Or training? Either way not the usual service or product that I am use to with Chick-fil-A. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I let the pictures speak for themselves and you make your own judgement. UPDATE -BEEN OVER 40 DAYS- they responded to the review for resolution. However they never responded to me with a resolution. I would recommend going and spending your money some where else that provides better customer service.

Coming from Hershey Park inside closed so we waited 36minutes in the drive thru line. After placing a mobile order was told they didn’t have Mac and cheese or shakes. Ordered for my family of 7 and asked for separate bags and they said they couldn’t do it. And after all that the food was cold, fries were soggy. Worst Chick-fil-A experience. I would have never stopped at this location if I would have known this.

I was in the area getting some lunch to go before we headed back home. Service was a little slow for it to be lunch hour that’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. However, the staff were very friendly and most importantly the food was delicious and hit the spot. That sweet ice tea was memorable and reminded of me sweet tea I get in the south when I visit.

This was literally the most courteous way I ever had a fast food bag packed. they like put napkins on top of the fries so the fries don’t get cold and then out the sauces on top so it wasn’t unsanitarily touching the fries. Plus, they put a little mint on top they win

I was handed my food and I said thank you and I looked the server right In the eye and he said……. sure anytime. I paused for a second waiting for my owed “it was my pleasure”. But it never came. Still it all was good I can’t knock the Lords chicken.
