My wife and I visited Whitman Square Chick-fil-A on Wednesday, 8/30/23 and we were greatly impressed with two servers. One was a woman named Coral and the other a man named Chris. Coral has consistently been helpful, thoughtful and welcoming in her service. She went above and beyond in ensuring out table was clean, our needs were attended to and the conversation was timely and uplifting. Chris served us our food at the table. His smile was infectious as well as his light was shining brightly. We commented that he truly enjoys people and what he does. Both workers are a great asset to setting the tone in the establishment. They should be commended.

Real flowers on the table! Bob Fanelli actively helping out…with trash. …that’s a great manager who does that. The food was yummy ….and the service was very friendly. ….a man on drugs came in and cursed these people out and they kept the happy vibe up like nothing happened.

Chick Gil- A is usually excellent service . Not the Case on 05/10/2023. The drive thru line only had three cars ahead of me . For starters it took longer than usual to place my order despite low volume of traffic. We waited in line for a long time after ordering. The car in front of me had his order delivered and had to sit there for about ten minutes till the car in front of him received there order , usually they tell the waiting car to pull aside while there order is processed but that was not done. When I finally reached the window they told me they had to brew my coffee after waiting in a slow line. When we arrived home our order was cold. The location was not that busy. I have been a customer for years and your service is normally excellent.

The worst experience I got today. I ordered a delivery trough Uber eats. I got a drop of cheese sauce and undercooked fries with oil taste. It was really strange, because some of them looked too fried. Previous time everything was really great and tasty. I don’t know what happened today.
