One of the shift managers said that they’re short staffed. But, I came here twice this week and saw a slew of people behind the counter along with many others on break. But, the women’s restroom and dining room weren’t tidy.

My kids used to love coming here because of the indoor play house, but now that it is closed, they prefer to go elsewhere. Also, this place is always overcrowded. I believe this place should also be clean more as when we went to sit down, all of the tables were dirty. Overall Food is always good!

I gave 3 stars because I like Chick fil A. But I was disappointed with the serving of my order. I would suggest they look at the food before giving it to customers. Prices have gone up. But the servings have gotten smaller. This was placed in the trash. If you notice the container appears along the sides to be full. The actual serving did not meet the original amount placed in the container.

Usually there is professional service but I guess not tonight , there was like 8 Employees just standing around basically not doing anything , it seemed like 25 min , I brushed it off hoping the fries would be fresh and what I got were old fries , also some of the Chicken tenders we’re semi raw on the edges … ruined my entire meal. I misplaced the receipt to do the survey , , I would have gave this location and the shift manger a F – tonight .

I honestly haven’t had a bad order at Chick-fil-A EVER! I love how the workers walk up to you when lines are long , the time between when the food is ordered and made and given to you isn’t bad , workers are always nice with the “My pleasure ) , lines are always long but for good quality food from them I don’t mind the wait at all. They really need to do something about the drive-thru. People just start sitting out into the four-way intersection causing massive traffic jams with people just honking horns left and right. They could easily put up a few cones and force people to come in from a different direction, but instead they just leave it up to drivers who are too inconvenienced to leave extra space for people to drive through the four-way intersection.

I’m used to delaware and South Carolina Chick Fil A’s , idk what it is but the atmosphere is completely different. Dont get me wrong, they have good customer service here but I’m legit used to everyone being super overboard religious (to a creepy point actually) lol. & they actually walk your food over to your table for you. Like I said overboard.

This is the best Chick-fil-A within two miles of where I live. Being the Chick-fil-A lover that I am I have visited each one at some point and have the app. The Aramingo location is by far the best in service and quality. The food is always fresh and hot, my order has NEVER been wrong nor incomplete, and overall I have been pleased every time.
