Thanks to the always bright and friendly staff, I can enjoy it deliciously. For the first time, I ate a chicken deluxe sandwich with lettuce instead of bread, and it didn’t come as well as I expected. The peach chunks were too big and too frozen to drink through a straw, so I couldn’t drink it, so I ate it with a fork.

I had a great experience in addition to the iced coffee at the drive thru in Chantilly. As I approached the young man taking payment, he had the opportunity to listen to my engine. I couldn’t hear it from inside my car. He pointed out that it sounded like my engine was running hot and suggested I check the coolant levels. He was correct. Thank you.

I didn’t realize the sandwich had cheese and before they gave it to me, I asked for a sandwich with no cheese. They took a few seconds, like they were doing something, getting a sandwich without cheese and then LOOKED ME IN THE FACE, SAID IT WAS GOOD AND HANDED ME A SANDWICH WITH CHEESE. I had to throw away the sandwich. I doubt training will fix the problem. I rarely eat at chick FIL a. Never again.

The employee at the drive thru tonight was very pleasant, helpful and polite. This is consistent at all the Chick-fil-As I have visited up and down the East Coast. The food was hot when I picked it up at the drive thru. I ordered the grilled chicken with bacon sandwich. It looked so good in the picture… If I was President of the US, I would require all restaurants to deliver to the customers a meal that looks exactly as pictured!! I feel so mislead majority of the time when it comes to what I actually got vs what was advertised. This sandwich needs another full strip of bacon and some flavor on the grilled chicken. I don’t like to add sauce to my sandwich. Because I didn’t, this sandwich was a bit blend except for the bites that had bacon.

Update Aug 9 2023. Gave this place another chance. Ordered a sandwich and chicken soup. They asked if I wanted sauce. Told them what I wanted. Get down the road. Check my order. No sauce. Food is cold. And I get a fork for my soup. Hahaha. This place is a joke. I still stand by my last review a year ago that this is the worst.

Thank you, Mr. Marsial and his team. Last week, I asked for a donation for my students to celebrate them. The majority of them did really well in their SOL test. Mr. Marsial was so kind, he told me he would call me the next day to tell me the answer, he honored his word and called me. He said yes, we can donate nuggets and fruits, I picked them up today, and my students were excited and ate everything. Also, he told me today while you are waiting for the food, you can drink a soda, you are a gentleman, Mr. Marsial. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for supporting the community and our students.
