As others have mentioned worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever been too. Unsure if it is even affiliated or a real franchise how bad it is, lol! No kids menu, do not scan for points reward, staff taking orders act like it is still their first day and to top it off they charge for extra pickles!

8/7/23 @3:00 PM. Horrible service which is so unlike Chik-fil-A. There were @7 people behind the service counter but only one person was taking orders. Another person was bringing orders to the customers but the other five were talking amongst themselves with their backs turned to the customers in the long line. The bun was NOT fresh but the chicken was delicious. This place needs some serious attention. I will seek other alternatives when I’m there next time. Jim G.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. The India or Pakistani guy behind the counter was speaking like he had food in his mouth. I had to ask him to repeat his self several times. No one was smiling or acted as they were happy to be there serving customers. When the food came out they started giving out food to people that were several spots behind me and couldn’t even pronounce customers names and to boot they didn’t have spicy chicken biscuits and they only served Pepsi products and to think this is a southern company. The CEO Mr. Kathy and his family would definitely be disappointed of this store because as a someone that lived in Georgia for 20 years and have been to several othee Chick-fil-as the the south and have personally meet Mr. Kathy I’m totally disappointed in the service and the lack of products being advertised. Enough said..

Not your typical Chick fil A where service is on top ! Poor customer and extra slow service . Cashier was so confused and undertrained. My fries were over fried and in small pieces and my sandwich was cold . Overall, not worth the wait .

Arrived at 8:30a, waited in line for 15 minutes to find out they didn’t have any biscuits. So I ordered the chicken minis which is ok, but they were covered in grease and sticky. I usually expect some grease, but this was a lot more than what I usually experience for Chick-fil-A. I ended up just eating the chicken nuggets out of the bread.

The service is alright. Me & my fiancé we got chick-fill-a before our flight (01/25/23) and team member was really nice and helpful but the team leader not so much. We asked if we could put lettuce & tomatoes on a biscuit and said no b/c they would have to go through the struggle of getting lettuce & tomatoes out before lunch.
