I feel like they could provide more to keep them cool on hot days… Prices are rising and I miss pre-early pandemic when they actually got my order perfect and had the sauce I order… sucks getting up the road with tenders/ and they didn’t put sauce in the bag…IF THE PRICE GETS ANY HIGHER OR SERVICE ANY LOWER. You know you going to get gray service and attention to detail when you come to a Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fil-A is no different. I had ordered some food for me and my kid sitting in a curbside and got the food hot food. It was hot. The cold food was cold. I’m going through the bag and I’m sitting there. Just talking and before I could pull off there was a staff for running to my car with the ice cream that I was missing. Many other place would have just let you forget about it. It wasn’t worth the trouble but he sprinting out to the car to deliver me and ice cream cup can’t be the service

I’ve never had a bad experience at Chick -fil-a, but there is just something about this one. I’m not sure if it’s the management, the staff, the service, or all of the above, but it’s just a step above. Every experience has been better than great. The staff are just so nice. Food is always hot, quick, and handed over with a smile. Even though the La Plata location is closer, I will go out of my way to go to this location.

I normally like the quality of the food Chick-fil-a serves but on this day my grilled chicken sandwich was wet and soggy and the bun completely crumbled making if difficult to eat my food. This was at the location in Waldorf off of Crain Highway. Went through the drive through so not much to say about the service other than they were fast.
