Waited like 20 minutes for my meal, whatever. It was sweaty, crowded, and annoying there so I left immediately and rushed to get home. I go in my car, opened the bag, and didn’t get my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, there was also a curly light blonde, brown strand of hair in my Mac and cheese. I have straight black hair, it is not mine. That was disgusting. All the front house employees had their hair slicked back, so probably someone in the back.

6 PM on a Tuesday I went to the drive thru. It was not busy, but service was very slow, slow, slow. Ordered 2 grilled chicken clubs and 2 of the smallest fruit cup I’ve ever seen. Took the bags home and we were very disappointed. The chicken was old, the cheese was hard, and the rolls were so stale they were falling apart as we were eating. Is this the real chick fil a? For 25.00 I expect more.

I am not sure how many times I have to call to complain about this place. The service is horrible. The associates are completely rude and definitely incompetent. I have been several times as it is closer to my home and place of employment. They always mess up the order…every time! I have complained to the manager and the horrible service continues. This particular store is an embarrassment to the chic fil a franchise. They do not respect or respect the company positively. Do not waste your money or time. You might be better off making that extra drive.
