This is the worst Chick-fil-A EVER! I’m not one to complain but it’s obvious this location was rushed to open and their employees are just there to fill a spot. This is my 3rd visit that I’m unhappy about and today the fries at the bottom of my box are soggy and greasy. Mind you I don’t get fries often as I watch what I eat as a personal trainer. This was my cheat meal and I’m annoyed! The gentleman at the pick up window went to hand me a lemonade and I stated THAT’S NOT MINE! I ordered a grilled chicken breast filet and large frie. He says Oh My Bad. The time before that I got all the way home and my dressings were missing to my salad and someone else food was in my bag. My 1st visit my grilled breast was like goo and not fully cooked. I have completed the survey everytime they’ve emailed me. This security Boulevard location gives chick fila a bad reputation. AVOID THIS LOCATION and visit FOUNDRY ROW! They are organized. Your food will ALWAYS be hot and on point and they don’t mix orders up from other customers. I was in the area and had an appetite. I have since learned my lesson. I’ll NEVER come here again and I’m A Signature Member. This location needs to close and start all over again. Entire staff needs proper training and weekly E LEARNINGS THAT REQUIRE TESTING AND ACCURACY. This is awful . 3 Strikes you’re out for me. The lot could’ve remained empty as it had been for years or bring Beningans Back! SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT VISIT!

I love the food here. It’s fresh all the time! It’s really not the atmosphere, it’s the drive-thru. Their drive-ins could be a little bigger. The service is always excellent but they never put salt, pepper, ketchup packs or napkins in our bag.

Not all Chick-fil-A locations are at the same level. I was excited when I originally saw this one being built close to my place. The waits are always long, even if the line is short. The staff provides less customer service than the McDonald’s across the street. We’ve been here 4 times just hoping it was a one time bad experience but, it’s been every time. I’m impressed with just how bad this location is compared to other Chick-fil-A’s. I wish I had two more hands to give this place 4 thumbs down.

This place looks like a chic fil a but it does not feel nor taste like one. I am used to a long line but a fast long line. I am not accustomed to cold waffle fries nor do I like them. I am also not accustomed to a less than friendly wait staff. I have had 3 unacceptable experiences here, I wanted to think it was because they were new. I don’t think this is the issue. I will take the extra time to visit the location on rte 40.

I went though the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon (6/24/23) as soon as I arrived one of the young men taking orders outside greeted me with a smile. while I was placing my order an older woman (who I can only assume was a manager) came out yelling at the young man who was in the middle of taking my order and the other young man in the other lane to do a better job at providing quality service because some customers had complained earlier about receiving poor service. This bothered me because 1. She interrupted me 2.The young man who was taking my order was in the middle of providing me with great service 3.The way she came out yelling at them was extremely unprofessional, rude, and humiliating. If she felt the need to correct them she could have done it professionally and in private, that just showed me that she was on a power trip and doesn’t value her fellow employees. It was sad to see her publicly degrade these hard working men. And let me say this bothered me more than fact that the fries I ordered we’re barely there, the people at the window took an extra 6min to give me my drink (which was just a soda) and they completely forgot to give me my ice cream cone. I wouldn’t even be writing this if it was just about my order being wrong, I can deal with it, that’s normal at any fast food location, but the way she yelled at them in front of me (the customer) wasn’t, and the fact that she thought that was ok disturbs me. I must condemn management for mistreating their staff. These employees are people too, do better!
