Food tastes like any other location. Staff is always pretty nice. There’s not always a full menu so it can be annoying to have to change your order last minute. There’s a lot of room to wait in line for ordering but the pickup area is always extremely crowded and it’s hard to hear your order being called. In the end though it’s a convenient place on a uni campus so it meets expectations.

Waited 40 minutes just for them to ask me to change my order so that I could get my food faster. Went along with their suggested changes and they still messed up my order even with their changes!! All in all, horrible experience. My order was a sandwich and nuggets and my friends who had ordered nuggets and sandwiches individually got theirs but I had to wait 30+ minutes!! Do not go unless you have 30-50 minutes to spare staring at the workers have casual conversation with each other.

Hands down the worst chick-fil-a in MD. 2 sauces person person is ridiculous especially when I ordered 2 12 count meals for two different people. I only get two sauces? Staff are nice, service is good but food is subpar, fries are the best thing in the menu, chicken sandwich are bland and their only qualities are how pricy they are. The wraps are awful and messy to eat, and chicken nuggets are the worse thing I’ve ever eaten.

Am currently enrolled at UMBC. Ordered food before dinner rush, had to wait nearly an hour before being served (I had reminded them several times about my order, they were acknowledged then ignored). When I finally got my order, they had gotten it wrong, which is the most confusing part. I had spoken to another customer who had to wait a similar amount of time as me, and when they got their food it had been substituted for a nugget meal (which I had ordered). I got a sandwich meal (which they had ordered). This is the second time this has happened to me here, so I am quite frustrated at this.
