If you do not want to eat the usual burger and you like chicken this is one place to go for a quick noon bite. The chicken burger is ok but preferred the nuggets. Staff was just ok. One advise: to let customers to pick paper towels or straws instead to be obliged to go back to the counter.

I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened a few years ago. While this is a busy area, every time we come here, they still do a great job on their service and food. The workers here are nice and the food always come out fresh and delicious. No complaints!

Just prior to coming into the Chick-fil-A about a block South I was hit by a car on my scooter.I recognized it’s not Chick-fil-A’s fault I came in to buy breakfast that I purposely drove from Southern Manhattan all the way to 22nd Street to obtain I arrived at 10:32 breakfast is changed at 10:30 I was told there was no breakfast available and that there was nothing in the back. For over 2 years I’ve been good friends with a manager within Chick-fil-A and I find it very very peculiar that they told me that not only is the food not thrown away but they oftentimes will extend a customer service to you within the 5 minutes grace. I do understand that workers work very hard behind the counter and in no judgment of the company it’s very annoying to not be afforded breakfast after hearing that I had just went through an ordeal to get here. I was so fired up about the accident that I had to break away from the counter so my exact time of asking for an order was at 10:33 because I didn’t want to take my frustration from the accident out on the counter worker she thanked me and then proceeded to withhold breakfast from me.

I think they could work better for the food picking system/ service. Not many seats inside the restaurant, mostly fully occupied during lunch time. The staff come to clean up the table quite frequently:)

First time trying chick fil a – didn’t disappoint except for the fact that I was surprised it was just fried chicken and two slices of pickles if you didn’t order the deluxe! But because I didn’t order deluxe I really got to try the full flavor of the chicken which was the most fresh chicken burger I’ve had. Maybe better than fried chicken sandwich offered in more expensive sit down restaurants! The fries were good too. The unlimited sauces are the fun part too.

Great location. I placed a big order for my group for pick up and they got every single thing right, down to the number of sauces I asked for. Was only a 5 minute wait when I got there. I took the food an hour away so it got soggy but had I eaten it fresh, it would’ve been top notch. Great experience picking up.
