I ordered a chicken sandwich and southwest spicy grilled chicken salad. When I’m mixing my salad I notice brown stuff on my piece of lettuce. If the lettuce had not been abnormally large I probably would not have noticed. It seems Chick-fil-a has started going downhill food quality wise. This is definitely McDonald’s type of behavior.

Chick-fil-A is always excellent. We tried using the app this time. We actually ordered our food and paid for it. When we got to the restaurant we typed in our table number and within 5 minutes we were eating even though the place was jammed in the line for service was long. They do such a great job of creating a great atmosphere with great food and great service. It’s no wonder the lines are long!

Fairly quick and efficient line, but like most Chick-fil-A’s, you got my sauces wrong. And check your fry distributions, it’s unacceptable that >50% of my Large fries are all outside skin cuts.
