I went there around 9:45 am. Took kids there for breakfast fun. The area near the play area smelled as if someone pee’d, yes urine on the floor. The entry to the play area had layers of finger prints inside and out. The floor had not been swept, the chairs had crumbs on it, the back of the chair was sticky. I had to go to the front to ask if I could wipe it down. They did. There was a cone there for some reason. Very concerning.

They had two lanes, but it took 30 mins to actually get to the window. Other than that, sandwiches were cold, but fries were hot. Drinks had absolutely not a single ice cube in the cups. Outside temp was 88… I’m not sure if this is a regular thing for this store as I was passing through but still left much to be desired.

Due to short staffing issues, they state that the inside of the restaurant does not have anyone to clean the tables. I totally understand short staffing, but when you have 6 people in the front area standing around doing nothing…you’ve got to start handing out wiping towels. The place is…disgusting. Food is delicious, love the play area but the inside of this restaurant is beyond gross. Food everywhere on the floor, etc. Staff is VERY friendly, again food is great so if you do drive through it’s great.

Chick Fil A has been an American staple since I was a kid. The flavor I fell in love with just isn’t there anymore. This restaurant is also known for exceptionally good service and they are still head and shoulders above most. However, the whole experience comes off as fake to me now. There’s better chicken out there these days.

This place is great! Employees always helpful and friendly. Despite the fact that lines are always long here, you get in and out fairly quickly. Food is always fresh, grilled nuggets and kale salad are Stoopid delicious and the frosted lemonade makes your lips wanna smack your face it’s so tasty!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR THROUGH A DELIVERY SERVICE!!! This restaurant allowed someone to walk in and steal the order that I placed and paid for trough Door Dash. When I spoke to the manager, she refused to simply have the restaurant re-make the order and give it to the Dasher. So, I litterly paid for someone else’s meal and did not get anything from the restaurant. Due to their lack of observation and confirmation procedures this can happen frequently as they don’t monitor or verify who takes what order and they leave it on a shelf away from restaurant staff. I don’t understand how a restaurant that makes thousands everyday cant simply re-make a $15.00 order to rectify this issue, instead, the manager said I would have to re order and re pay to obtain the order that someone else stole from the restaurant. Normally, a restaurant would just simply remake the order and say “our bad” but this one states that its my problem and not theirs. Unbelievable.
