Welcome Chick-fil-a to the Old Dominion University neighborhood! One without a drive-thru… . While I’m not a fan of tablet ordering, this was easy to use, new & therefore clean! I would like to see some sanitizer wipes near the table stations! My meal was good, so good that I forgot to get a pic of my actual meal…LOL !! NEXT TIME!!!

The food was very old. The chicken and bread was old. You also can not use points or get points by using this store. When you go in employees have music loud like a party and they are not trained like other stores. You do feel like you are nothing the employees to take order. Please do not order or come here. I see the workers cook copious amounts of food then they set it sit for hours and get soggy, just so they don’t have to cook more. When waiting for an order at the front, the employees constantly disappear. They do not greet you when you come in. They constantly have attitudes and occasionally play inappropriate music and are yelling in the kitchen. The workers always look angry and visibly get upset when you ask for anything. Restaurant is frequently understaffed from what I’ve seen, sometimes it’s just a single worker behind the counter. 1/10 I do not recommend. Please order at a different restaurant

Former worker here. This chicfila is horrible. The workers are very rude and they are always under staffed and mostly have one person in the front because everyone else just walks away and talks or something . If you’re thinking about getting chicfila you’re better off going to the other one because this one has nothing. If you work here expect to have people talking about you behind your back. Also expect your co workers to be mean to you for no reason. They also don’t care about customers they just want to go home they also always complaining. This chicfila should get shut down. This is the worst chicfila i’ve ever been to in my life and i won’t be returning.

Went there first time today. Restaurant very clean but food was burned, bread hard, fries soggy, and she gave me 9 of same sauce I didn’t even order. I eat chic filet once maybe twice a week and this was by far the worst chic filet I have ever been in and definitely won’t return. So sad it’s not like others

takes forever and its never good. Today i ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickle. i received a tiny, dry, stale chicken patty on stale bread. with pickle. and the fries were stale too.

The new self serve kiosk ( verses the older one) is not user friendly. But, the nice worker behind the counter, loaded with orders to fill, took time to come around the counter and help us figure it out. He smiled, was polite and didn’t make us feel like we burdened him. Great job! We will be back.

Worst one I’ve experience. Never again. Staff act like you ruined their day by walking into the place. Chicken sandwich was the flattest I ever seen. Sunjoy was like a thick syrup and when I asked for a different, more attitude in the body language.

Worst Chick-Fil-A ever. For starters, there’s no drive-thru. you are required to order on a tablet, so you are forced to either order ahead or pay with a card. The two times I’ve been in there, half of the tablets were down, the employees were rude with attitudes, they were slowest place I’ve ever been to and their milkshake machine is either down or they don’t have strawberry flavor. So I paid for a strawberry milkshake & never got it. They told me to “come back tomorrow”. Can you guess what flavor they didn’t have?

The food is good but the lack of cashiers makes ordering a longer process. It’s nice you can micro manage the order but shouldn’t take 20 clicks to get 1 combo meal then to do the long process again if you are getting 2.
