I hope I’m not cursing myself by giving this place five stars. I hope I’m not dooming myself to failure because we have just been incredibly lucky and getting our orders correct, hot and fresh almost every time. And it’s usually something small like a forgotten fork for a salad. We come here quite often. Maybe once a month. They’ve always been really friendly and I wonder if the manager is actually from Spain after reading the reviews. *eyeroll* Just say Latino, we’d appreciate it, lol.

I stopped in for a quick ice cream cone with my kids. Once I was in love and ordered they informed me they don’t have ice cream cones. I couldn’t get out of line as there was no where to go around and no way to back out. I can’t eat a cup of ice cream and drive so I only got my kids over cream. When we picked it up it was in the smallest container with a lid. Their favorite part is the top of the soft serve but it was squished in a cup with a lid. We won’t be back. The lady that took the order wasn’t very friendly either.

Food is always good. It’s Chick-fil-A! This particular restaurant only has outdoor seating which makes absolutely no sense to me. We are from out of town so we didn’t know. It has to be 100 degrees on the black top and little shade. We were with a group, trying to spend time together… Thought some of us were going to pass out! They also don’t allow refills even when sitting at their outdoor dining area.

I’m just going to start driving out of the way to avoid this location. They have never ever ever given me a correct order. Don’t even think about asking for something to be left of your sandwich because it going to be there if you like it or not. Want some extra success, request them when you order ? Screw that, you’ll be asking again. And no I do not want to pull forward to wait for a chicken sandwich, your most popular item on the menu. Chic fil a corporate should send someone out to correct the issues with this location. Everyone on the peninsula knows is the worst location.

I have gone over a handful of times, and every time they get my order wrong. Like today, I asked for a #1 with extra pickle, sweet tea with light ice, honey mustard and honey roasted barbecue… I got unsweet tea, not one single pickle, (which I thought it was standard to have two on your sandwich already) And no sauce..

The Spanish manger is rude. I never in my life experience a chic fil a associate argue with a customer about dipping sauce. DIPPING SAUCE. For a 15.00 dollar meal I only can get one sauce. Her attitude was so bad. This is not the norm for chic fil a. Definitely will be trying a different location.

This is the worse CFA I’ve been to. I didn’t leave a review the first time the associate manager was rude but this time my son was treated unwelcome to pick up his order and to add the food was LUKE WARM near cold. How unpleasant you all need to hire new staff or do more training it IMMEDIATELY

Today while in the drive-thru getting ready to place my order one of the girls outside taking orders was playing with a dog that was in the back seat of another drive thru vehicle. It was disgusting and I hope she goes inside and washes her hands before touching someone’s food. That was just nasty and turned my stomach. No one wants dog hair or any kinda hair in their food.I will not be going to this one anymore.

Been open for over a year, and still orders are mixed up. Doesn’t always put utensils and/or straws. Food is typically good, just not always exactly as ordered. Oh- if you order grilled nuggets, you will be asked to park and wait.
