This used to be the best Chick-fil-A in Hampton. Recently, the food has not been superb and today was the worst breakfast ever. The chicken was smaller than the bread and the iced coffee taste like coffee, water and as always I never receive the French vanilla creamer with it. I guess Mr. Perry’s best cooks have left the building. Sorry I won’t be back.

Very long wait. Food was cold. Still love Chic Fil A flavor! Update: the wait is still very much the longest on all of the Peninsula. The original recipes are the only reason we visit once in a while. The atmosphere is a 2 because a few employees who have worked at the location a very long time are fun, inviting, and helpful. Most every other employee I have been in contact with seems like they don’t eant to be there. Not good vibes. If I’m anywhere close to another location, I choose there. Other locations frequently send rewards, never this location, though!

Unfortunately the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had. Drive-thru was very full as usual, but almost nobody eating inside, more DoorDash drivers than patrons. Kids play area was humid and felt gross. They forgot the toys for the kids meals, and when I mentioned it they challenged us on the number of kids meals we had purchased (they were wrong – believe me I am not trying to get rich on free kids toys). A lot of things seem off about this location. I like to visit Chick-fil-A when I’m traveling but I’m going to avoid this location in the future.

Chick-fil-A has high standards for customer service and food quality. My daughter worked for the chain and I know how tough they are on employees to maintain that standard. When I came today, they employees were exceptional, the line was long, but they got me thru quickly, food was hot and fresh. The taste was consistent with the quality standards the chain expects.

A little dirty and the women’s bathroom has 2 stalls but 1 sink? And barely any room. The management team is rude and there was a manager holding a screaming toddler while she interviewed a girl because the other manager was behind. Lady put your baby down. The workers treat this place like their personal home. I wouldn’t waste my money here

The staff here is incredibly rude. I was mistakenly charged for something I did not intend to buy so I immediately asked for a refund. The cashier was mumbling under her breath, rolling her eyes and said something about “frustrations”. Then when we were helping our children in the indoor play area, someone cleared our table by taking our tray with uneaten food. We asked where our food was and the lady was not at all apologetic and blamed us for leaving “trash” on top of the tray. Yeah the trash was our uneaten food. I asked the manager to at least get another cup so I could replace my water that was taken and he seemed put out. Not sure what the deal is with this CFA location. The one on Warwick is much better with kinder staff.

So busy and slow. They put my shakes on the windowsill on a 90+ degree day and they were milk by the time we got them. They were barely strawberry and peach… like vanilla with fruit sprinkled in. Our chicken strips were good but all the breading had come off.

The place was fairly busy and my son and I were in and out in just a few minutes with hot food freshly made . Hospitality was nominal which is acceptable as the crew was productive and moved quickly. During my brief wait there were no issues with anyone’s order.
