The food was good, but beyond that I’ve never had a Chick-fil-a experience like this one. We walked in to order and most of the unoccupied tables were dirty. There was a young man sweeping the floors, but no one touched the tables the entire time (40 min) we were there. When we got to the counter no one was at the counter and no one acknowledged us. I had to catch an employee’s eye to get someone to come take our order. Again, the food was fine, the service time was good, they seemed to have plenty of staff, but I can’t really say much else was good. When we left, the garbage can was overflowing, another sight I’ve never seen at a CFA. I will add that this weekend is an event weekend at the coliseum, so maybe the employees there were wiped out/this is out of the ordinary, however the inside wasn’t packed by any means, which is why I had higher expectations.

I love using their app. They already know my name and the service is personalized. I’ve never had a wrong order. Food is never cold. Always delicious and served with a smile. Tables are clean. That’s always a plus.

The nuggets tasted slightly burnt and non satisfying, again. Store was a bit cleaner than the last visit. However, the young lady that got me my drink went directly from cleaning the counter with a rag to taking my order, pouring my drink, putting a lid on it, and handing to me. Gotta enforce hand washing between tasks… please!!! Hand washing and sanitizing is not an option in food service. She was very pleasant though.

I absolutely love love Chic-fil-a! Not only is the food great but the staff service makes it even better. I mostly use drive thru but I always received excellent customer service. It is the main reason why I keep coming back.

It’s Chick-fil-A… of course it has great customer service. Everything was hot and delicious and order came out quickly. The location itself is a little rough to get in and out of but the restaurant itself was a flawless experience.

Why when the store mess up with your order, you have to wait for a coupon in the mail instead of getting it replace with the correct items you was supposed to receive. The following next business day when the location is open due to it being closed after receiving your order.

I decided to treat my coworkers to breakfast but I was not happy with my experience and customer service . At the drive thru window picking up my food the lady handed me an orange juice I said Thank You. Then she proceeded to hand me a cup of water I said thank you . She remained silent . She then hands me a bag of sauces I said Thank You again now for the third time nothing. After I addressed the issue she proceeded with oh, my pleasure and if I could pull up the VIP drive up slot. I called the number on the receipt and spoke with Heather about my concern she sounded very nonchalant and apologized for the lady at the window not meeting my expectations which I’m all actually this Chic Fil A stands. A lead team member lead (Christian) bought my food to me while I was parked waiting on my order . I expressed to Christian how I felt about the lady at the window and Heather who answered the phone when I called the number on receipt. He genuinely apologized for both actions and said he would look into it. I won’t be eating at this location ever again.

Drive-through, usually fast. Food is good. I had the bariatric sleeve done, so the Kid’s Combo is just right. I usually get two chicken tenders, mac & cheese (instead of fries), kid-size drink, and ice cream( instead of the toy). Their Mac & Cheese is great. Win/Win for me!
