We’re on the road when we stopped. My sandwich meal was okay didn’t like the hunk/chunk that happened to end up as part of my sandwich but it happens. Fries definitely need some seasoning i.e.salt or anything. Vanilla shake was yummy. I’ll definitely go again someday, no location near me, but hey what can I say it’s chick-fil-A after All.

I went there today around 11:30 because I was on lunch duty for my coworkers and I. I went inside with seven separate orders. The screens did have a malfunction in the middle of the entire ordering process, but the associate that was bagging the food was able to get the issue resolved and all of my orders were correct. I’m honestly so over ordering curbside from this location. Third visit in a row, no straw in the bag, not a single sauce I asked for in the bag. So even though I ordered curbside so I didn’t have to get out and go in and get my order, still had to go in to get my sauces. One time was already frustrating. But 3 times in a row? I can’t anymore

Only gave me half of French fries and they were cold. Nuggets were barely warm. There was not straw in bag for drink. Of course alot of people in line which I understand Chick-fil-A is normally busy but I always go to Chick fil A when I’m around one never had a bad experience until this visit unfortunately I was at the drive thru and was on the road so immediately when I got on road which was only about a second or 2 I reached in bag to find fries were only half full and no straw. I won’t be going back to that chick FIL A again. First time I’ve been disappointed in Chick-fil-A and it was my first time at this Chick-fil-A in Roanoke VA

They have the best setup for their drive thru compared to all other fast food places and honestly the other restaurants. It’s fast, convenient, accurate, friendly and the food is always good!!! Great experience with the employees! Order a normal chicken sandwich with no pickles and took a bite and it had pickles on it and I said ew I hate pickles and just took them off, you know the normal thing to do, I wasn’t too worried about it, really no big deal but one of the ladies working heard me and came back with a brand new pickle free sandwich and gave it to me, free of charge and I was just really blessed by it, made my day!
