No more play area for kids, but the dining area can now seat more people and feels so bright and open. We usually drive thru and have almost never had an order mistake here, but we may start dining in more often! The workers’ good attitudes make for such a nice atmosphere, and I love that they employ older workers too. A kind, older gentleman cleared much of our table as the kids were working on their ice cream, and our interaction with him just made the experience that much more pleasant. Thanks, Chick-fil-A!

Drive thru was great. Very efficient and fast. Just got tea on this trip with my dog who was looking forward to a pup cup but sadly this location doesn’t offer pup cups… They should think about adding it not all dogs like milk bones… But we both enjoyed our tea

Typical Chick-fil-A. Food is consistently good. For me, it is worth an excursion to go to a Chick-fil-A. The front counter was even more efficient than I normally experience. When I got back to the hotel, the food was still hot. I was able to get my “fix” with little expenditure of time.

Chick-fil-A is pretty much the king of fast food. While you most likely will need to wait some. They are pretty organized and help keep cars moving. Milkshakes are very good, and the spicy deluxe chicken is really good. Wake fries have just the right amount of sea salt.

Tonight we had the best staff member check us out at Wards Rd drive through that we have had at any Chick-fil-a ever! Krista was in training but was extremely thorough and careful with our allergy friendly order! Quite impressive!! We received a very generous full of greens and fruit market salad pictured below. The staff bagging food missed our 3rd salad and we had to go back for it which was unfortunate but the food quality was excellent!

This Chick-Fil-A fails to meet all expectations and standards which as a regular customer, I’m accustomed too. They’ve forgotten items from my order twice in two weeks, the management is unaffected and is watching as the workers fail. One of the young lady’s (Ashley I believe) taking orders can’t hear through her headset, the person in front of and behind me, as well as myself all had to basically yell to place our orders. Simply, there is a Chick-fil-A further up wards rd (3 mins max) and we’ll be going there from now on. Avoid this place at all cost, even when they are doing their jobs, it’s always crowded, parking lot is hard to maneuver, just save your energy.
