Girl through drive-through was nasty and nasty to my child, who was trying to order his own food nicely, and she was rude and ignoring him and had the worst attitude I seen at a chick-fil-a in a long time I understand this area isn’t really a toddler age friendly area but like come on your attitude is unnecessary when I do twice to work when you’re just standing there and taking orders grow up.

Awful experience. I work at cfa right down the road so ik how a cfa is supposed to work. They asked for a drink even though i said i just wanted a wrap without the meal, obviously trying to squeeze money out of me, and then when my gf asked for a club no bun they started asking her why she didn’t want the bun and asking if she had a yeast infection, which is so unbelievably rude. I don’t have a short temper and i deal with cfa guests all the time and ive never been as frustrated as i was having to deal with these insulting cfa employees.

Unfortunately the staff was very rude and impatient. When I asked for gluten free options she acted like I should have known already and was very annoyed and kind of mocked me. Be aware that this location does not give the same level of service as a normal Chick-fil-A. The nuggets and fries are usually just as good but sometimes I get a lot of burnt fries at the bottom or some really small nuggets. The chicken sandwich, on the other hand, always has a much smaller piece of meat than an off-campus Chick-fil-A would serve.
