This place must be the anchor store that keeps the Danville Mall alive. It’s like an indoor drive through. They took our orders by the entrance, we paid at the register, and got served very quickly. You don’t see employees hustle like this at McDonald’s. There was one server named Doe walking around making sure everything was clean and that everyone had refills.

Received food 15 minutes after ordering. I was the only one in line when I arrived. Everyone came on behind me got their food before I did and it was 5-10 people. When I asked where my sandwich and 8-piece nugget was , the chick fila employee found my bag of food sitting on counter unattended by any employee. I was late to work due to lack of organizational skills by Chick Fila employees. I called Chick Fila to let them know about inconvenience and was told general manager would call me within 24 hours. I have not received a call back and it is now 3-4 days later.
