Idk what they got going on the drive threw use to be so fast but now it’s completely lacks took over 45 minutes to get from back of building to speaker to order. Idk why the have one person taking orders for the drive threw and orders inside at the same time. Service and speed has mostly certainly declined. They use to be the fastest drive threw in town now they maybe #4 on speed and service. Step it up chick fil la cause your definitely going down hill from we’re you use to be.

A very busy place. Took 35 minutes to stand in line and receive our food. Women’s bathroom is way too small for the traffic. The line extended at least 10 people into the restaurant. The ice cream tastes like it is a different recipe than the other restaurants. I have noticed at this location in the past as well. It is ok but not up to the Chick-fil-A standard I expect.

Food was amazing, but we waited a long time for it in the drive through, at a pretty slow time of day, like 2:30 in the afternoon. There were only 1 or 2 vehicles in front of us when we got there, so shouldn’t have been a long wait at all. At our local chic fil a when you have a little bit of a wait in their busy times they will give you a free cookie or something, nothing here.

Worst chic filet experience ever. Not only did we wait 20min for our order, when we got our sandwiches it was like a “where’s the beef” commercial. One sandwich was so over cooked we couldn’t eat it and the chicken on the bun was very thin, and smaller than the buns….. save your money and go elsewhere!

It was lunch time when we visited and I know workers get a little frazzled but we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes because somehow the two drive thru lanes got out of order when the ladies were taking orders and I had to let 4 cars to the right of me go ahead of me in the drive thru instead of alternating like usual. Then I had to wait an additional 3 mins at the window after we got our food to wait for a large coke… When orders behind us were getting their drinks… I’ve just never been to such an unorganized Chick-fil-A before.

They left cars waiting for food to far from the window to really get there order, and since when does a chicken sandwich not come with pickles!!!! Yes they forget to put them on the sandwich.
