This location sucks!! Especially the night shift. Attitudes are bad and they act like they dont want to be there. One night I order a large fry; it is half full. The pic is straight out of the bag. I have gotten an ice cream cone at different times and there is no ice cream in the cone!! There is a small swirl on top on the cone but nothing inside. The cones I get with a kids meal have been bigger. On another occasion I ordered a 5 piece nugget and they gave me a bag with 9 sauces… why?

Food was missing from order. Order w.asnt even correct. They gave no receipt to be able to call back up there n take care of our missing items. Didn’t realize till we were home half order wasn’t even in there n the rest wasn’t the way we order it. In the drive threw we order LARGE cups of ice cream n when got to window they gave the smallest bowel of ice cream I’ve seen in my life. Like a kiddy cup. So my over all experience here was horrible. Also when I got the ice cream cup I asked the woman to take it back n give me a real large size cup of ice cream that I paid almost 2 dollars for she told me she couldn’t that was the only size they have now for a ice cream cup.. you got to be kidding me right. Even after a special request from the customer she still wouldn’t work with me at all so for all u people ordering ice cream dnt waste ur time or money on ordering a cup u better getting a cone or a milkshake because there isn’t anything inside them baby bowel they serving as a ice cream cup I’ll tell ya that. Much waste of money as well……food was cold n fry’s were old totally not how they need to do things. Customer service sucked as well. Was not very pleased after buying a good little bit of food from them n paying a lot of money for it and it not being right or even all there. Worst night ever at this store……

Chick Fil A is a great establishment overall but each location is different of course! This location is conveniently located to other shopping areas of WS and the food is great when it is made to order! I have had some issues with drive thru and not getting fresh food but other than I love Chick Fil A!
