I mean, it is a Chick-fil-A at a mall food court, so my expectations were automatically lower. However, it is still a fast food restaurant, and I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my salad. Also, the staff was not the friendly Chick-Fil-A employees I’m used to. So, unless you are starving, I would recommend you skip this place and get something elsewhere, perhaps the Chick-Fil-A location just outside the mall.

Every time I go here I upsize my fry and it’s never filled barely even 3/4’s full if that . On top of that I simply ask for the sauces in another bag because my girlfriend is allergic to something in the polynesian sauce but the last 3 times i’ve specifically ask it’s still put all in the same bag as food . If she has any type of allergic reaction I will be contacting whoever I need to or higher for your negligence. It’s ridiculous

I guarantee you Something will be missing from your order when ordering from this chick fil a. The staff doesn’t prioritize delivery orders so your drinks could be premade before the driver arrives and be sitting for another 10 mins while waiting for your food. Your food will arrive cold bc they refuse to acknowledge the delivery driver waiting for your order. Order from the other location!!

Every other Chick-Fil-A carries gluten free bread. When I asked if they are out of gluten free bread or if they simply don’t carry it, I was informed they choose not to carry it. Carry the allergy option like every other location does. Staff were courteous.
