They had cars ALL over their parking lot waiting for food from the drive thru. I was parked and waited for my food while i watched 10-15 orders behind mine get served. By the time the girl found me in my car, my milkshake was completely melted my food was cold. HORRIBLE customer service. Getting a little too greedy about the $ and giving half of your customers lousy food in the process.

Used to be good chicken here. Now it is a spiced salt bomb. Time portions for a premium price. I accidentally eat at one of these every year or two remembering how they used to be and am disappointed. Oh, and they cut out the Cole slaw!? Guess if they can’t take it out of the freezer and fry it it is just food cost. Pfff, not planning a trip back to one of these soon.
