As a Canadian this was my first time trying Chick-fil-A. This location was VERY BUSY – the drive thru line almost went to the road entrance. We decided to dine in. We had some deciding to do on what we wanted to eat. Very southern and sweat ladies took our order quickly. The young lady working behind had a special sofa mix that looked good so I asked for the same – the mix did not disappoint. The Mac and cheese was awesome – first time I have gotten Mac and cheese at a restaurant where it was actually creamy and rich in flavour. The wrap was good and I got a big ranch packet which I only needed half the sauce for the wrap and I kept the rest for carrots I had at the hotel so that was a win-win.

While traveling back from Florida we stopped for the night in Smithfield. Not being familiar with this area and not a lot of places to choose from we decided to stop at this Chick-Fil-A in Smithfield. The staff was very nice southern and sweet.

The inside staff are superb! Honestly the happiest friendliest CFA I’ve been to. The large fries are always under filled though, it is the same amount as in a medium, despite the larger container. The drive thru people don’t always honor sauce requests. If you drive away and have to come back for sauces it is going to be a long wait, whether you go inside or back through the car line, I try to check sauces before we leave 🙂

We will always love Chick Filet but you better have at LEAST half an hour to wait, if you are going through the drive through. We went for breakfast and had a mobile order. You have to completely circle the store and parking lot to get into the drive through lane. Once you are in the lane you are 100% unable to get out. There is only one lane that snakes all the way around…it has been continuously frustrating and I will not be going back to this particular location.

Every time I go they get my order wrong then it’s hard to get in touch with them for a replacement order. Spoke with Sam today who was far from being a pleasure. Told her my order was wrong and asked her what I needed to do and all she said was come up there!??! So I ask what do I need to say she says tell them your name, however not once did she ask I had to tell her that she didn’t even ask me my name. It was very cold and unwelcoming. I spend my hard earned money at this business often since they are right down the street from where I work and is very disappointing.

Peach shake was so delicious. I gave it to my dad. He said it was like homemade ice cream when he was a kid. It did taste like homemade peach ice cream. The deuxe sandwich was good also. NEED A BIGGER SPACE AND MORE PARKING SPACES.

No room to park, the chicken in the sandwiches is noticeably smaller, and they completely forgot part of my order. Usually that wouldn’t be a big deal and I’d just pull back in. Not here! Their lot is way too small for the amount of business. You sit in a line just to get in line.

Passing through on a road trip. Stopped for breakfast and made sure it had a playground for my littles to get our energy. Service was amazing, the staff couldn’t be any nicer. But the food…cold, old, and the chicken on the biscuit was as so TINY. and the playground was just filled with dirt/debris/trash/food piece alllll over. And no toilet paper in the stall I was in which is never fun. Quality/cleanliness needs major work.

This is the only Chick-fil-a that I’ve ever visited that charges extra for sauce. I’ve been 3 times and each time they have not put any napkins in the bag. Today, we got 2 napkins!! I know these are minor issues, but it seems odd that they are the only ones doing this. Today, we got an addition to our peach milkshake…hair!! Kids working with long ponytails and braids, but no nets covering them.

Location was very busy and we have used this location only a couple times. Problem was we ordered in the takeout line and missed the one opportunity to get into the pickup line. One small lane and not well marked. Realizing we missed the pickup line, we didn’t see a way to get back in that line and with all the traffic congestion and our frustration, we left without our food order of $21.67.
